At QRF Archery Solutions, we take a strictly scientific approach to arrow building. We engineer your projectiles based on the exact physics of your bow and your specific performance goals. We do not build mid-grade arrows. We build precision instruments that are ready to dominate your chosen battlefield using only top of the line components. We refuse to sell arrows that we ourselves wouldn’t shoot when the shot matters most.

How Our Custom Build Process Works

1. Submit Your Coordinates (The Intake)

You fill out our Custom Build Request form with your exact specifications: Bow Make & Model, Draw Weight, Draw Length, Arrow Length, and your primary objective (e.g., maximum FOC for dangerous game, or flat trajectory for 3D courses).

2. Ballistic Engineering (The Research)

We don't guess. We run your numbers through advanced spine calculation software to determine your ideal dynamic spine, optimal Front of Center (FOC), and overall arrow mass. We hand-select the perfect combination of shafts, inserts, ballistic collars, vanes, and nocks to achieve your goal.

3. Quote & Authorization (Transparent Pricing)

Before we cut a single shaft, you receive a detailed build sheet and price quote.

How we price: You pay the exact retail cost of the raw components, a flat QRF Precision Build Fee per dozen, plus shipping. No hidden markups. The price we quote you is the price you pay.

4. Precision Fabrication (The Build)

Once approved, and payment is received, we execute a meticulous build process that big-box stores simply do not offer:

• Match Weighted: Every single component is weighed individually prior to assembly to ensure that every arrow is as close as possible from one to the next. This ensures that no matter which arrow you fire, every one will be consistent in flight.

• Precision Cutting & Squaring: Both ends of the carbon shaft are squared to a 90-degree threshold to ensure fixed-blade broadheads spin flawlessly.

• Spine Indexing: We locate the stiffest axis of every shaft and align the nocks so every arrow flexes exactly the same way upon release.

• High-Impact Assembly: Components are seated with premium impact-resistant epoxy.

• Custom Fletching: Vanes are applied with exact helical tension for maximum broadhead stabilization. This includes standard 3 fletch, 4 fletch, and 75/105 (X-Wing) configurations.

The QRF Precision Build Fee

Our labor and engineering fee is $125 per dozen. This covers the extensive ballistic research, spine-indexing, precision squaring, high end component installation, and custom fletching required to build a flawless, match-grade projectile. This roughly equates to only $10 per arrow.
