This package covers the mechanical assembly and baseline safety checks to get a bow "field ready."
Safety & Spec Check: Verify draw weight, draw length, and inspect limbs/cables for obvious damage.
Accessory Installation: Professional mounting of the rest, sight, quiver, and stabilizer.
String Loop & Peep: Tying a custom D-loop and rough-setting the peep height.
Baseline Cam Timing: Checking the timing marks to ensure cams are rolling over together.
Initial Paper Tune: Center-shot alignment and basic paper tuning to achieve a clean bullet hole at 6 feet with a field point.
-
This package moves beyond basic setup into precision mechanical synchronization.
Everything in the Recon Setup, plus:
Draw Board Synchronization: Putting the bow on the draw board to perfectly time the cam stops at full draw, ensuring a rock-solid back wall.
Axis Leveling: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd axis sight leveling (crucial for accurate uphill/downhill shots, such as those from a tree stand or at TAC events).
Dynamic Peep Tying: Serving in the peep sight perfectly under tension so it never rotates.
Walk-Back / French Tuning: Live-fire adjustments in the field to perfectly align the arrow rest drop-away timing and horizontal tracking at extended distances.
Chronograph & Sight Tape: Running the setup through the Garmin Xero C1 Pro radar to get an exact FPS reading and building a custom, mathematically verified sight tape.
-
This is a complete teardown and rebuild. The bow is tuned to peak performance no matter the goal.
Everything in the QRF Standard, plus:
Complete Teardown & Inspection: Pressing the bow, removing the axles, and cleaning/inspecting the cam bearings and limb pockets.
Custom String Integration: Installing customer supplied string set, pre-stretching them under tension to eliminate peep rotation or creep.
Advanced Cam Shimming & Yoke Tuning: Pressing the bow to physically move the cams left or right on the axles (shimming) or twisting the yokes to perfectly tune the lateral nock travel.
Fixed-Blade Broadhead Tuning: Live-fire micro-tuning to ensure heavy fixed-blade broadheads hit the exact same point of impact as field points at 60 yards.
The QRF Spec Sheet: The customer receives a physical card recording their exact cam timing marks, string lengths, peep height, and arrow velocity for future reference.

Our Process
Dispatch & Diagnostics
You set the coordinates; we prep the loadout. The process begins the moment you book. You select your location—whether that is your driveway, a local 3D range, or your hunting lease. During intake, we capture the baseline diagnostics of your rig (make, model, draw weight, and performance goals) so the mobile command center is fully prepped with the right components before we even put the van in drive.
On-Site Deployment
The commercial pro shop comes directly to you. Forget the traditional week long drop-off wait times. We roll up to your location with a fully outfitted, climate-controlled mobile workshop. Powered by a high-capacity off-grid system, the van is armed with an LCA Ultimate EZ Press Deluxe, precision draw boards, and a premium inventory of high-end components. You get 100% uninterrupted, one-on-one attention from an ATA certified technician.
Precision Execution
Engineered for flawless mechanical performance. This is where the heavy lifting happens. Depending on your chosen service package, we execute a complete mechanical synchronization of your equipment. From timing cams perfectly on the draw board and shimming for lateral nock travel, to 3rd-axis sight leveling and custom arrow fabrication, your bow is engineered to handle maximum kinetic energy and extreme accuracy.
Validation & Handoff
Verified performance before we roll out. We never just hand your equipment back and drive away. The final step is a strict validation phase tailored to your specific service tier. Whether we are proving out a flawless paper-tune on a baseline setup, or stepping out to the target block for live-fire chronograph tracking and broadhead micro-tuning on our premium packages, we verify the mechanics. You take possession of a perfectly calibrated rig, backed by absolute confidence before you ever step into the woods.
